At WS Technicals A/S, we use Freshdesk as our central system for customer service and warranty handling. This provides you, as a customer, with a simple and efficient way to get in touch with us — ensuring that we can assist you quickly and in a structured manner.

How to Contact Us

You can contact us via:

  • Email: Send a message to our support address "support@wstech.dk" – this will automatically create a support ticket.
  • Customer Portal: https://wstech.freshdesk.com/support/home
    Log in to:
    • Create a new ticket
    • Track your existing tickets
    • Fill out our RMA form directly online when returning a product

 How We Handle Your Case

  • Tickets are automatically assigned to the appropriate technician
  • We use automations and predefined replies (macros) to ensure fast and consistent case handling
  • You will receive updates via email – and you can always log into the portal to track your case

 Response and Processing Times

  • We operate with defined internal timeframes based on case type and priority
  • All customers receive a response within our set service levels (SLA)
